Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order of custom socks, knit beanies, apparel and other products made by Davlin Premium Merchandise Supply (“Davlin,” “we,” “us”). By approving a proof or paying for an order, you (“the customer”) agree to these terms.

1. Quotes and pricing

  • Prices on davlinmerch.com are per pair or per piece, in US dollars, and are estimates until we confirm them in your written quote.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices depend on style, quantity, colors and finishing, and may change if your specification changes.
  • Minimums: 60 pairs per sock style, 100 units per knit beanie style and 144 pieces per apparel style, unless your quote says otherwise.
  • Sales tax is added where required.

2. Design and proofs

  • Before production we send a digital proof and tech pack showing the design, colors, placement and size. Production starts only after you approve it in writing or by paying for the order.
  • Please check your proof carefully, including spelling, colors, logos and quantities. Once approved, we are not responsible for errors that appear in the approved proof.
  • Changes after approval may add cost and time.
  • Knitting and printing reproduce designs within the limits of the process. Fine lines and small text may be simplified, and yarn and ink colors are matched as closely as possible to the PMS colors you choose but may vary slightly from screen or printed proofs.

3. Payment

  • Orders are paid in full before production starts, unless we agree other terms in writing. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • Your production date is set once payment clears. Bank payments can take a few business days.

4. Production and delivery

  • Standard production is 3–4 weeks after proof approval and payment. Rush timing must be agreed in writing.
  • Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs or other events outside our control, but we will keep you updated.
  • Shipping is free to one address in the contiguous United States unless your quote says otherwise. Split shipments, Alaska, Hawaii and international delivery are quoted separately.

5. Overruns and underruns

Knitting and finishing can produce slightly more or fewer pieces than ordered. Deliveries within 5% over or under the ordered quantity are accepted as complete. Overruns are not charged; underruns beyond your order are credited at the per-unit price.

6. Your artwork and trademarks

  • You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, name, mascot, image and design you send us, including school, team and brand marks.
  • You agree to cover any claims, costs or damages that arise if artwork you supplied infringes someone else’s rights.
  • We may decline orders that appear to use trademarks, licensed characters or copyrighted designs without permission.
  • You keep all rights to your artwork. Designs we create for you are yours to use once your order is paid. We may show finished products in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel for a full refund before you approve your proof. After approval, yarn and materials are ordered and production is scheduled, so cancellations are charged for work and materials already committed. Once production is complete, orders cannot be cancelled.

8. Returns, defects and claims

  • Custom products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or differ from your approved proof.
  • Please inspect your order on arrival and tell us about any defect, shortage or shipping damage within 10 days of delivery, with photos. After 10 days the order is considered accepted.
  • If we confirm a problem caused by us, we will remake or credit the affected pieces, or refund their cost. That is our full responsibility for any order.

9. Samples

Pre-production samples are available on request and may carry a fee and add time to your schedule. Approving a sample counts as approving your proof.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or missed events.

11. General

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
  • A written quote or agreement signed by both of us takes priority over these terms where they differ.
  • We may update these terms. The version in place when you approve your proof applies to your order.
