Davlin Premium Merchandise Supply (“Davlin,” “we,” “us”) runs davlinmerch.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, request a quote, send artwork or pay for an order, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, company, email, phone number, shipping address, order details (product, style, quantity), messages, the sales rep you work with, and any artwork or files you upload.
- Payment information: card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our site or servers. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount and your contact and order details.
- Information collected automatically: like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of a visit, to keep the site secure and working.
- Cookies and advertising tags: we may use cookies and similar tools from Google (including Google Ads and Google Analytics) and Meta (Instagram and Facebook) to measure how visitors find us, understand which ads lead to quote requests and show our ads to people who have visited the site.
How we use it
- To prepare quotes, digital proofs and samples, and to produce, ship and support your order.
- To process payments and keep records for accounting, taxes and sales rep commissions.
- To reply to your questions and send updates about your order.
- To improve the site and measure and improve our advertising.
- To prevent fraud and protect the site, our customers and our business.
Your artwork
Logos and designs you send us are used only to quote, sample and produce your order. We do not sell or reuse your artwork for anyone else. We may show finished products in our portfolio or on social media; tell us if you would rather we didn’t, and we won’t.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Website hosting and security (Cloudflare)
- Email delivery (Resend and Google Workspace)
- Payments (Stripe)
- Advertising and analytics (Google and Meta), as described above
- Our production partners, factories and shipping carriers, to make and deliver your order
- Our sales representatives, for orders they handle
We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and order records, including artwork, for as long as needed to serve you, handle reorders and meet tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and limit ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings.
- California residents have rights under California law, including the right to know what we collect, to request deletion and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. To make a request, email us. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and payments are processed by Stripe. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
